Appointments Patients are seen on an appointment basis. We request that you or your Physician’s office call in advance to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. Same day appointments are available with our Nurse Practitioners, should you require immediate attention.

New Patient Procedures New patients are accepted by self-referral or from referring Physicians. Prior to your visit, please forward a copy of your Medical Records and Driver's License to Stuart Cardiology Group. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a registration form. We also request you provide a copy of your medical insurance card, as well as a list of all medications you are currently taking.
Telephone Procedures During office hours, the main number is answered by our operator. The staff has been trained to ask your name, phone number, and the nature of your call. Your message will be relayed to the appropriate healthcare professional. Should you receive voicemail, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned. It is our goal to return your call within 2 hours.
After Hours & Emergencies In case of an emergency please call 911. For concerns after hours, other than prescription refills or routine questions, please call the main number, 772-286-9400 and our answering service will relay your message to the Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Nurse on call. The on call Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Nurse will return your call as quickly as possible.
Accepted Medical Assignments Due to increased costs of billing, co-payments, deductibles and other payment responsibilities are due at the time of service. For your convenience, Stuart Cardiology Group accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, checks, cash and money orders.
