Michelle received her Masters in Science in Nursing Degree from Vanderbilt University in 2006. Ms. Duane is Board Certified in Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Michelle specialized in Cardiovascular Disease Management and Prevention, her nursing background was in Critical Care covering all facets of ICU and ER. Michelle has been a guest lecturer for Martin Memorial Hospital and enjoys speaking to promote cardiac awareness.

Michelle is married and had 5 kittens, she has a passion for helping abused and neglected animals. Michelle enjoys spending time with family, travel, the ocean music and reading.

Cheryl Grumbach, MSN, ARNP 
Cheryl received her Post Masters Adult Nurse Practitioner Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1996. Ms. Grumbach is ANA/ANCC Board Certified and has a Coronary Care Certification that she has held since 1983. Cheryl is one of our key speakers for the Community Heart Health Program. Through this program, Cheryl speaks to various groups in the community promoting heart health, education and information on living a heart healthy lifestyle.

Cheryl is married and has a daughter. Her passions are world travel, wildlife, old world artifacts and a strong love of life and family.
